Planted Nutrition’s Primary Foods 6 week program is aimed at diving deeper into the 12 areas of your life and having a greater understanding of how these areas can affect your health and well-being. Through this, the aim is to guide you to find where extra focus is required and direct you to new ways this can be modified for improving your health and well-being as a whole.

Mindset around life as a whole has a huge impact on your health, including both your emotional and physical health and well-being. Understanding everyone is different, we will be taking on bio-individuality* and building personalised programs to discuss the options for you to overcome your own personal hurdles and move towards improving your health.

The goal of this program is to allow you to explore these areas of your personal life and how you can move forward into living your best life, with a more open mind of strategies to overcoming life events.  We will be here to guide you through this process.

What to Expect –

Over the 6 weeks we will together explore the 12 areas in The Circle of Life to gain an understanding on where you, in yourself, need to focus.

Each week you will receive an email with two focus topics, along with a few questions for you to take approximately 30 minutes to yourself to write and respond. Using the information you provide, you will receive a personalised response to emails. This will include deeper questions to consider and more specific information to guide your thoughts in areas you need to work on for solutions towards change.

As a Health Coach, we are not here to tell you how to fix each specific thing in your life. The aim is to guide conversations both communicated and within yourself, helping you to explore areas that need greatest attention with a major focus on self-healing.
